What is the HOME BAGGAGE CHECK-IN service?
The Home Baggage Check-in service arranges that your baggage is checked-in for your flight from your home, hotel, or another designated address in the area where we currently provide the service. Avoid queues at baggage check-in counters at the airport and travel comfortably from your home or place of stay. We will perform the baggage check-in for you.
Who are the intended users of the service?
You can use the Home Baggage Check-in service on flights operated by Smartwings Group airline with supported online passenger check-in. Before ordering the service, it is therefore necessary to check whether your airline or travel agency offers online check-in for the selected flight.

How does it works?
You place an order specifying the designated pick-up address and the number of bags to be checked in per individual baggage categories. Next, you select the tariff:
Standard: We will assign the time for picking up your baggage and notify you of the selected time in advance.
Premium: You determine the time of baggage pick-up at your discretion.
What happens next?
We will arrive at your submitted address, verify your identity, collect your baggage, seal it, and check it for your flight. We will keep you informed about the whereabouts of your baggage until it is checked in at the airport via text and e-mail messages. Completed check-in confirmation and baggage tags will be sent through to you by e-mail. After landing at your destination, you will collect your baggage in a standard way.
Please note: Please fill-in the information about dangerous goods in air transport and complete the order. Please do not forget to check in online before booking the service. Each baggage must be marked with the name tag of the passenger to whom the ticket is issued. We will check in your baggage for your flight based on completed online check-in.
